Starting in mining and investment banking at NM Rothschild and HSBC, Jay has served as CEO of the FTSE 250 mining business Aricom Plc, Chief Investment Officer of Petropavlovsk Plc – the second largest gold miner in Russia - and was Chairman of Hong Kong-listed IRC Limited - a producer, developer, and explorer of iron ore and industrial commodities.

Before joining Ask Enterprises in 2022, Sambit had a distinguished career as Chief Technology Officer at Liberty Steel Group and ArcelorMittal. A highly esteemed techno-commercial expert, he brings 31 years of experience in steel plant operations, strategy, and investment projects. Sambit leverages his extensive hands-on expertise and global training to optimise costs and enhance efficiency, ensuring plants operate at full capacity and achieve maximum gains.
His unique skill set positions him perfectly to provide technical guidance and operational expertise to businesses aiming for market leadership in the metals and mining sector.

Manager-Administration
Xeniya manages the administration and provides crucial support to the top leadership. Her key competence is to maintain tracks of various offices and communication of key leaders.
She has been working in mining & metals businesses for the last 12 years, hence has in depth understanding of the following administration; Operations, Technology, Commercials, M&A, Finance and Human Resources.
